Title: Manager, Partnerships Solutions
The Manager, Partnership Solutions will play a key role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy and creating impactful marketing collateral to support the Partnership Development and Partnership Success/Activation teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for brand storytelling, with a strong background in presentation design or copywriting. This role focuses on leading the creation of high-quality sales presentations, partnership recaps, evergreen/capabilities presentations, one-pagers, and more. A background in sponsorships or marketing is essential, as well as the ability to bring energy, creativity, and strong communication skills to the table.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Storytelling Effort: Serve as the department’s Chief Storyteller - Drive the development of compelling presentations that demonstrate how partnerships with the Washington Commanders will enhance each partner’s business and achieve mutual success.
- Oversee Key Presentation Materials: Manage the creation of sales decks, partner recaps, renewal and upsell presentations, and special project materials.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work alongside the VP and Director of Partnership Solutions to develop new, innovative inventory and sales strategies, collaborating across departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Support Sales Pitches: Partner with the Partnership Development team to help shape and deliver powerful sales presentations that resonate with potential and current partners.
- Drive Creative Innovation: Continuously refine and deploy fresh, industry-leading ideas and best practices for presentations and partnership strategies.
- Assist Partnership Leadership: Support the leadership team with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sports business management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, marketing, or sponsorships.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, and PowerPoint (preferred).
- Strong strategic and creative thinking abilities, with an organized and proactive approach.
- A creative problem-solver with a quick understanding of partners’ business models, able to generate innovative solutions that align with business goals.
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience managing both long-term projects and quick-turnaround assignments.
- Diligent, focused, and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
- A focus on the “How” as much as the “What” to ensure processes and execution are top-notch.
