Intern Partner Success (Season Long)
The Washington Commanders are seeking a Partner Success Intern to join the Corporate Partnerships department. This role must be able to communicate clearly internally and externally at a variety of levels. This individual will be detail-oriented and able to manage various tasks and meet deadlines, while focusing on learning the ins and outs of partner management and optimization.
This role reports to the Director of Partner Success.

Job Responsibilities
· Assist with gameday sponsorship fulfillment and activation for partnership team during season and out of season; inclusive of special events, game days, and client meetings
· Provide analytics tracking and proof of performance for partner recaps and meetings using various sources such as Nielsen and Zoomph
· Assist Partnership Success team with tracking partnership assets
· Support team with developing deal sheets and asset management materials using KORE CRM software
· Serve as game day point of contact for Partnership hospitality suite inclusive of creating day of documents for executive leadership team and hosting partner executives
· Serve as department lead on tracking and distribution of VIP game day hospitality
· Assist in the implementation of digital and physical signage partner signage
· Participate in team meetings, events and initiatives
· Assist with autograph merchandise fulfillment and inventory management
· Assist with the planning and execution of partnership and Luxe events.
· Assist Partnership Marketing representatives with tracking and editing partnership assets within sponsorship management software.
· Assist with off-site and in-person events and player appearances.
· Coordinate photography needs for sponsored events.
· Assist with all departmental mailings to sponsors (print work, invitations, packages, gifts, etc.).
· Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by departmental leadership.
Key Skills/Qualifications Required
· Ability to commute to Commanders Front Office (Riverdale, MD), OrthoVirginia Training Center at Commanders Park (Ashburn, VA) and Northwest Stadium (Landover, MD)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work all Commanders home preseason and regular season games
· Ability to work events outside of normal business hours/days (i.e. evenings and weekends)
· Access to car is required
· Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple priorities in a high-energy environment.
· Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications.
· Ability to maintain attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure and within deadlines.
· Display strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain solid working relationships.
· Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information.

Education/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
· High School Diploma required.
· Prior work experience in professional or college sports marketing or sales preferred
