Title: Coordinator, Partnerships Solutions
Overview: The Coordinator, Partnerships Solutions will play a key role in collaborating with the Partnerships team and cross-functional departments to help craft world-class partnerships with local, national, and global brands. This role requires a passion for storytelling and a strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in creating innovative solutions for both new business opportunities and existing partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, marketing, data, and/or service, coupled with excellent communication skills and a positive, results-driven attitude. You will be instrumental in supporting sales and prospecting efforts by delivering impactful presentation decks that bring these solutions to life. A strong sense of accountability and alignment with our core values – the “4 A’s” – will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the sales plan, emphasizing the importance of prioritization, compartmentalization, and scalability to meet organizational goals.
- Develop presentation decks that communicate compelling stories, demonstrating how partnerships with the Washington Commanders can drive growth for each partner’s business.
- Collaborate with the Partnership Solutions, Success, and Development teams to design presentations for new sales, partner recaps, renewals, upsell opportunities, and special initiatives.
- Assist VP, Partnership Solutions and Director, Partnership Solutions in managing sellable inventory across departments and ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives.
- Support the Partnership Development team by providing research, insights, and assistance on high-value projects, opportunities, and prospects. Attend calls and meetings with prospects as necessary.
- Identify growth opportunities for current and potential partner brands, leveraging new assets, platforms, and partnerships to maximize value.
- Participate in internal and external sales and strategy meetings to contribute insights and support the broader team’s objectives.
- Provide the Partnership Success (Activation) team with research, analysis, and insights that add value to current partners and help maintain strong relationships.
- Assist in the sales process, providing relevant information as deals progress through various stages.

- Support Partnerships leadership with ad-hoc duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sports business management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in partnership development, marketing, or a related field, ideally with a focus on sports and entertainment.
- Experience in sports & entertainment sponsorship preferred, with the ability to craft creative solutions based on brand briefs and data to differentiate the Washington Commanders as a premier sales and marketing organization.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, and PowerPoint preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of seeing the bigger picture and developing innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated success in analyzing marketing strategies and crafting “out-of-the-box” ideas to drive results.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to understand business models and generate solutions that drive growth for partners.

- Salary: $20-$23/hourly and eligible for overtime.
